A major client in the pharmaceutical industry is hiring a C&B Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of new operational methods within the People Services teams.
- Participate in both global & regional projects.
- Assist in addressing internal audit findings and adhere to external audit standards.
- Collect and prepare employee benefits data.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to third-party entities and internal departments.
- Stay informed about local legislative changes and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to maintain our client's strategies.
- Ensure compliance with People Services Global Core models and processes in Japan.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR and payroll management.
- Deep understanding of employee benefits, and a capacity for process improvement and automation.
- Fluent Japanese ability
- Business-level English ability
