Senior Legal Officer - Top Global Real Estate | 15M

Specialized Group has partnered with one of the largest real estate investment firms in the world who are looking to hire a Senior Legal Officer for their Japan office.

This is a standalone position that will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance in Japan and would be in charge of providing legal support to the execution of real estate investments.

What you will do:

• Work cross-functionally with internal business teams on the execution of real estate investments
• Provide legal counsel on various matters related to acquisitions, construction, leasing and others
• Draft, review and negotiate various real estate contracts and financing agreements
• Review and improve internal compliance policies and standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in-house for a Legal/Compliance department
• Real Estate experience is preferred
• Native Japanese, Fluent English
