Responsibilities:
- Lead & mentor junior HR team members.
- Develop human resources strategies that align with company goals.
- Create and manage performance evaluation systems, including manager training.
- Lead organizational change, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Manage talent strategy and retention, including career development and employee retention plans.
- Analyze staffing needs in line with organizational growth.
- Provide HR advice to improve work environment and employee engagement.
- Implement training programs for organizational and employee needs.
- Conduct compensation analysis and manage benefits.
- Work with departments to integrate HR strategies into business plans.
- Lead projects in HR technology, policy development, and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR.
- Experience in HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Business-level English communication ability.
- Fluency in Japanese.
