We are assisting a respected client in their search for a Senior HR Specialist with a focus on the APAC region. This role requires a bilingual professional with deep understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and vendor relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations and manage HRIS across the APAC region.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in HR reporting.
- Conduct payroll processing and administration.
- Implement change management initiatives for improved HR process efficiency.
- Maintain vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery standards.
- Foster a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in HR operations, HRIS, HR reporting, and payroll management.
- Experience in change management and vendor management.
- Strong customer service orientation.
