Senior HR Business Partner, Tatebayashi
Our client are a global FMCG company, recruiting a Senior HRBP for their Tatebayashi location.
This is a team leadership role - you will manage several direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage HR team
- - Develop staffing plans
- - Manage personnel budgets
- - Oversee recruitment.
- - Address safety issues quickly, and participate in safety training.
- - Create and implement annual training plans.
- - Set up personnel evaluation systems.
- - Optimize organizational structure.
- - Resolve labor disputes
- - Strengthen employee relations.
- - Review and improve employee welfare policies.
Qualifications:
- - Extensive HR experience
- - Proficient in HR labor law and regulations.
- - Experience in change management
- - Employee relations experience.
- - Experience in strategy and organizational development (preferred).
- - Must be fluent in Japanese
