Senior HR Business Partner, Tatebayashi

Our client are a global FMCG company, recruiting a Senior HRBP for their Tatebayashi location.

This is a team leadership role - you will manage several direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage HR team
• - Develop staffing plans
• - Manage personnel budgets
• - Oversee recruitment.
• - Address safety issues quickly, and participate in safety training.
• - Create and implement annual training plans.
• - Set up personnel evaluation systems.
• - Optimize organizational structure.
• - Resolve labor disputes
• - Strengthen employee relations.
• - Review and improve employee welfare policies.

Qualifications:

• - Extensive HR experience
• - Proficient in HR labor law and regulations.
• - Experience in change management
• - Employee relations experience.
• - Experience in strategy and organizational development (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
