Senior HR Business Partner (Growing Software Company)
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a client in the software industry. You will drive HR initiatives that improve organizational performance and collaborate with global HR teams. This is a great chance to take a strategic role at a growing, stable company.
Responsibilities:
- - Provide HR guidance to multiple business units & manager.
- - Collaborate with global HR colleagues.
- - Lead the design of new HR programs and initiatives.
- - Coach senior business leaders.
- - Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
- - Lead creation of HR strategies / solutions for the Japan region.
- - Provide performance management and policy guidance (including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, career development, and disciplinary actions).
- - Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee management.
Qualifications:
- - 6+ years of relevant HR experience
- - HR Business Partner experience.
- - Experience with complex employee relations issues.
- - Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and practices.
- - Health Supervisor Certificate holder (preferred, but not mandatory).
- - Any other relevant HR certifications / qualifications will be advantageous.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
