About the Role We are looking for a senior leader to own the strategy and execution of shopper-centric marketing across in-store and online retail environments. This role will be responsible for translating brand strategies into disruptive, conversion-driven campaigns at the final point of purchase — both physical and digital. The role requires close collaboration across brand, sales, ecommerce, and insights teams to ensure that our consumer healthcare brands win where it matters most: when the shopper decides to buy. Key Responsibilities Shopper Strategy & Insights
Define shopper profiles and pain points in partnership with the Insights team
Identify barriers to purchase and translate them into actionable retail strategy
Learn from local and international retail behaviors and competitors
Campaign Development & Execution
Translate brand strategies into actionable commercial calendars and shopper plans
Lead development of 360° activations across retail channels (online & offline)
Create persuasive point-of-purchase programs using the 6P framework (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Positioning, Persuasion)
Partner with key account and ecommerce teams for customer-specific activation
Performance & ROI
Define and track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and basket size
Run post-mortem analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Manage and optimize budget and execution timelines
What We’re Looking For Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand execution within FMCG, OTC, or wellness categories
Strong track record of performance activation at the shelf or digital point of purchase
Experience working cross-functionally and leading agency collaboration
Skills & Mindset
Strong commercial and consumer behavior acumen
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of ROI measurement
