Senior Accountant (8M JPY, Full Flex WFH)

Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Tokyo, offering flexible remote work options. This is a great chance to manage finances in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You'll play a key role in a cutting-edge industry, using and growing your accounting skills. The role offers flexibility with full-flex time and transportation coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Manage tax matters and work with tax advisors.
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and analyze budgets, medium-term plans, P/L, B/S, and C/F.
- Analyze differences between budgeted and actual performance.

Essential Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience managing accounting in smaller companies.
- Ability to work independently and lead accounting processes.
- Experience consolidating accounts for publicly listed or pre-IPO companies.
- Knowledge of cloud accounting software like freee, Money Forward, or Yayoi.
- Experience as a lead auditor and CPA credentials.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing.
- Strong IT skills and comfort with digital tools.

- 主任監査人としての経験およびCPA資格。
- 英語の読解および執筆の能力。
