SCM Specialist - Construction Equipment
We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist for our client in the construction equipment industry. This role allows for remote work up to three days a week. You will help improve supply chain operations, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency. Working with a leading company, you will have the chance to make a real impact in the field while enjoying flexible working conditions.
主な業務内容
- サプライチェーン戦略の開発・改善を通じて、グローバルおよびローカルの目標を達成する。
- 納期遵守率や在庫回転率などの主要指標を追跡し、最適化を図る。
- 需要予測に基づき在庫レベルを管理し、過剰在庫や在庫切れを防止する。
- サプライヤーとの関係を強化し、コスト削減と納期遵守を達成するために契約を管理する。
- 倉庫管理と輸送の効率を高め、輸送コスト削減と納期遵守を実現する。
- サプライチェーンデータの収集・分析により、意思決定を支援する。
- 営業、製造、品質管理、財務各チームと連携し、改善を推進する。
必要なスキルと経験
- サプライチェーンマネジメントでの3年以上の経験。
- 日本語の流暢さ。
- 日常業務での英語会話能力。
- 強力な分析力とチームワークスキル。
