A global medical device company is looking for a Sales Director to lead their (SGRT) sales efforts in Japan.

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement sales strategies.
• - Build strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
• - Lead the sales team.

• - Analyze sales performance and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• - 8-10 years of strategic sales experience in the radiotherapy medical devices industry.
• - Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
