Sales Director (Food / Ingredients) 営業ディレクター

Our client are a global Food Manufacturing / Ingredients leader. They are seeking a Sales Director to lead business development in Japan. This role involves working with the Managing Director to identify new business opportunities as well as leading & managing the business development.

It's a chance to take a senior leadership role at a global market leader.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets in the FM sector.
  • Develop new customer relationships and explore new markets, while sustaining existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead projects from initiation to launch, coordinating with various teams.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet organizational goals.
  • Manage resources including budget, forecasts, and staffing.
  • Guide and manage team performance, including setting targets and building skills.

  • 新規顧客関係の構築と新市場の探索、既存顧客との関係維持
  • 戦略的意思決定のための市場トレンド分析

Qualifications:


  • Over 12 years in the food industry, with experience in customer and market development.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Skilled in project management.
