We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant for our client in the finance industry, based in Tokyo. This role is a chance to use your language skills and work in the fast-paced financial world. Main Duties:
- Manage calendars, set up meetings, and handle invoices and expenses. - Arrange courier services, get documents signed, and plan events, including trips and company gatherings. - Help with visa applications when needed. - Prepare documents for group companies and investors, manage due diligence, and ensure compliance with vendor KYC requirements. - Assist the Office Manager in keeping the office running smoothly, answer questions, and aid team communication.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong administrative and organizational skills. - Must have excellent communication and people skills. - Experience in an international work setting and the ability to commute to the Tokyo office daily. - A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, with at least three years of experience in office administration, back office, or hospitality.
