職務内容:
- 12ヶ月のローリングフォーキャスト、年間ビジネスプラン、財務モデルの作成
- 予算とフォーキャストの差異を分析し、リーダーシップに洞察を提供
- 月次損益計算書、販売レポート、KPI評価を含む財務報告と分析
- 収益と利益目標達成のためのコスト削減戦略の実施
- 月末の経費引当、収益認識、グローバル請求、プロジェクト会計などの管理
- キャッシュフォーキャストの作成と、債権回収の確実な実施
応募資格:
- 財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号
- 財務コントロールまたは類似の役割で5年以上の経験
- Microsoft Office、特にExcelとPowerPointのスキル
- 日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き、会話）
- 強力な問題解決能力と、不確実な状況での積極性
- HFMシステムとプロセスの知識
- 多文化環境での勤務経験
