Sales Assistant - Finance Industry/ up to 10M JPY

We are looking for a committed Sales Assistant to join a leading finance company in Tokyo. You will support Relationship Managers in building strong client relationships and finding new business opportunities. This role is a mix of working with clients and handling administrative tasks, offering a great chance to grow professionally in an international setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Manage schedules and travel for division and department heads.
  • - Provide full administrative support for the Tokyo office.
  • - Handle departmental expenses, including travel and entertainment for senior staff.
  • - Manage data processing tasks and create internal documents.
  • - Help with client interactions and support marketing events like seminars and workshops.
  • - Organize meetings, coordinating with overseas offices.
  • - Perform general administrative tasks as needed.


Candidate Profile:
