HR Director - Travel & Hospitality

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources team at a well-known hotel in Kanagawa. This role is key to driving HR projects and creating a positive work environment. The right candidate will help shape the HR function and lead change in a diverse, international hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead the HR team to meet company goals.
  • - Start and manage HR projects to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • - Create and implement HR policies and systems that meet local and international standards.

Qualifications:
