Our client, a company in the consumer and construction industry, is seeking a Retail Sales Head to lead their sales strategy and drive market penetration. This role offers the opportunity to establish and expand a retail business from the ground up, eventually developing a high-performing sales team. The position provides a chance to work closely with retail partners and engage end users to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

- - Develop strategies to increase market share with retail partners
- - Oversee and update retail product portfolio
- - Design end-user engagement programs to enhance customer experience
- - Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- - Identify opportunities to deepen store presence across shop types
- - Collaborate with corporate and regional representatives for strategic alignment
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- - 小売販売管理の実績
- - ホームセンター（DIY）ビジネスでの強力なネットワーク
- - 5年以上のクロスファンクショナルチームの管理経験
- - 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- - 多国籍企業での経験
- - B2B2C販売モデルの経験
- - 小売実行と店舗レイアウト戦略に精通
- - デジタルツールの使用に精通し、eコマースの理解があること
- - Proven experience in retail sales management
- - Strong network in the home center (DIY) business
- - 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- - Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
- - Experience in multinational companies
- - Experience with B2B2C sales models
- - Familiarity with retail execution and store layout strategies
- - Digital savviness and understanding of eCommerce
