- カタログや店舗ディスプレイなどのプロモーション資料の作成・管理
- CRMデータを活用したマーケティング活動の改善とメディアプロモーションの計画
- 営業チームやリテールパートナーと協力し、戦略の整合性と効果を確保
- セールスデータや市場調査を分析し、プロモーション戦略を強化

必要な経験とスキル：

- セールスプロモーションやマーチャンダイジングの経験があり、効果的なマーケティングツールを作成できる
- リテーラーのCRMやマーケティングプラットフォームに精通
- 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力が高く、グローバル本社との連携が可能
- スポーツやリテール業界、特に消費財のマーチャンダイジング経験
- 店舗プロモーションやイベント管理の知識
- ゴルフへの情熱とゴルフ製品への理解
- 英語：国際チームとのメールや会議で意思疎通が可能
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
