Our client is a well-known luxury fashion company with a strong global presence. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring the successful implementation, execution, and follow-up of training programs for retail staff in Japan and Korea.
Execute, implement, and monitor training programs for Retail personnel in the region
Organize, prioritize, and develop regional retail training and learning initiatives
Perform needs analysis and relay training needs to the Global Retail Excellence team
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure projects align with customer expectations
Execute global training strategies and report to regional and Global Retail Excellence team
Oversee uniform management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in a luxury fashion retail environment)
Enthusiasm for fashion, retail, and luxury industry
Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Japanese - Fluent
English - Fluent
