Develop and execute sales strategies, events, and CRM activities to achieve store KPIs.
Build strong relationships with department stores and landlords to optimize store operations.
Lead and train retail staff to elevate customer service and in-store brand experience.
Oversee efficient daily operations, visual merchandising, and new store openings/renovations.
Support seamless collaboration for repairs, maintenance, and in-store troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Experience as retail management or retail operation or area manager ideally in the fashion industry.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Business-level English and Japanese.
