You will take ownership of a wide variety of facilities. The hotel offers food and beverage services, an Onsen, a swimming pool, and event facilities for both business and weddings.

業務内容：

• ホテルの日常業務を管理し、顧客満足度とサービス品質を保つ。
• 収益向上のためのビジネスプランを立案し、実施する。
• 飲食、ハウスキーピング、フロント業務を含む複数のチームを指導する。
• 運営に必要な各種ステークホルダーと連携を取る。
• 法的および業界基準に準拠した運営を確保する。
• 顧客体験を高めるための品質管理策を導入する。

必要条件：

• 効果的なチームリーダーシップが確認できること。
• ホテルまたはリゾートでのマネジメント経験が3年以上であること。
• 収益管理および財務分析の経験があること。
• ホスピタリティ業界の法的要件に精通していること。
