Our client are a global leader in the hotel / hospitality industry, searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be based in central Kyoto.

You will have the opportunity to lead HR for a new hotel.

• ホテルの人事戦略の開発および企業の目的との整合性を確保。
• 人事業務全般を管理し、最適な手法の維持。
• 採用プロセスを主導し、ホテルの採用戦略を強化。
• 人事予算の管理とコスト効率を中心に考慮。
• パフォーマンスの指標を作成し、認識の文化を推進。
• チームメンバーの施設の基準を維持。
• 地方労働法および人事ポリシーの順守。

資格:

• 国際的なホテルブランドでの人事管理経験が2年以上。
• 地方労働規制に関する深い知識。
• 戦略作成とチームの育成に関する実績。
• 分析、コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーションの能力。
• HRモジュールおよび財務管理に関する知識。
