• 採用効率向上のための戦略提案。

必要資格：

• タレントアクイジションまたは採用における3年以上の経験。
• 採用プラットフォームとツールに対する確かな理解。
• 採用活動の実績。
• 自動車工具分野に関する知識があれば尚良。
