Our client, a leading company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to enhance quality assurance and regulatory compliance within their facilities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments and lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality management systems

Lead internal and external audit activities

Monitor product complaints and defect occurrences from customers

Coordinate registration of new products and submission of relevant documents

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Improve quality processes through inter-departmental collaboration

Act as management representative in regulatory audits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field

5-7 years of experience in GMP, quality control, and compliance

Deep knowledge of ISO 13485, 9001, MHLW, and PMDA in Japan

Supervisor with a license for product classification under Japanese regulations

Experience leading quality projects in commercial operations

Support experience in new product introduction

Strong communication skills in English

Experience in quality audits and regulatory compliance

Ability to work autonomously

Proven track record of managing complex quality issues

応募資格：

科学、工学または類似の技術分野での学士号

GMP、品質管理、コンプライアンスにおける5-7年の経験

ISO 13485、9001、日本の厚生労働省およびPMDAに関する深い知識

日本の規制に基づく製品分類のライセンスを持つ監督者

商業運営における品質プロジェクトのリード経験

新製品導入のサポート経験

英語の強いコミュニケーション能力

品質監査および規制遵守の経験

自律的に業務を遂行する能力

複雑な品質問題を管理する実績
