Property Manager - Travel & Hospitality

• - Serve as the main contact for property owners, addressing their concerns.
• - Handle reports and documents to track property performance and owner interactions.
• - Work with teams to ensure compliance with local laws and maintain operations.
• - Oversee property upkeep and improvements to maintain quality.
• - Build and maintain strong, clear relationships with property owners.
• - Assist with guest services and property operations as required.

• - Fluent in English; knowing Japanese is a plus.
• - Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
