Property Manager - Travel & Hospitality

A leading travel and hospitality company in Hakuba, Japan, looking for a dedicated Property Manager. You will manage hotels, chalets, and villas, ensuring they are well-kept and meet high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for property owners, addressing their concerns.
- Handle reports and documents to track property performance and owner interactions.
- Work with teams to ensure compliance with local laws and maintain operations.
- Oversee property upkeep and improvements to maintain quality.
- Build and maintain strong, clear relationships with property owners.
- Assist with guest services and property operations as required.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English; knowing Japanese is a plus.
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

主な職務内容:

- 物件オーナーの主要な連絡窓口として、彼らの懸念に対応する。
- レポートやドキュメントを扱い、物件のパフォーマンスやオーナーとのやり取りを追跡する。
- チームと協力して、地元の法律を遵守し、運営を維持する。
- 物件の維持管理と改善を監督し、品質を保持する。
- 物件オーナーとの強く明確な関係を築き、維持する。
- 必要に応じてゲストサービスや物件運営を支援する。

資格:

- 英語が流暢であること；日本語ができれば尚可。
- 不動産管理、ホスピタリティ、または関連分野での経験が望ましい。
- 様々な関係者と交流するための強力なコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- 優れた組織能力と細部への注意力。
- 独立して作業する能力と、速いペースの環境でチームの一員として働く能力。
