Objective/ Purpose of Job:
- To support brand manager set sustainable vision for the department by proposing marketing strategy and annual objectives to achieve short-term sales target, and long-term goal of brand building.
- Base on HQ / Regional marketing guideline, to implement marketing strategy by working closely with regulatory, financial, logistic and sales team to support different channel sales activities including drugstores, variety stores, E-Commerce Shop, Pharmacy stores, other channels and medical approach.
- To manage the budgeted operating expenses, and fully comply with the country's legal, regulatory policies, and be responsible to uphold company's ethical standard internally and externally.
Key Activities/ Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Marketing plan while respecting the A&P budget in a multi-channel environment (drugstores, variety stores, Pharmacies, medical, etc.). Strategically local adaptation based on Brands' global strategy.
- Launch PR event & Training (quarterly product knowledge training to sales & customers)
- Communication to sales team (Sales Reps) - product and presentations, consumer, medical & promotional campaigns
- New product launch assessment, preparation, coordination with logistic and regulatory team and building marekting plan

Experiences & Skills
· +5 years of marketing brand plan & strategy planning, implementation. · team management experience is a plus but not mendatory · Experience in skin care, consumer health care (OTC) or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) highly preferred, distributed in variety store and/or drugstore. · High proficiency in computer Skills e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook · Strategic and logical thinking · Innovative and creative, think out of box · Communication & analytical skills · Entrepreneur mind-set |
