Personal Assistant – Global Pharmaceutical Firm (4 Days WFH)
We are helping a well-known pharmaceutical company find a Personal Assistant in Tokyo. This role is great for someone who is organized and proactive, especially in supporting expatriates and handling meetings with foreign partners. You can enjoy a good work-life balance with four days of remote work each week.
Main Duties:
- Offer administrative support to senior executives.
- Help French expatriates adjust to living and working in Japan.
- Organize and manage meetings with international partners.
- Arrange travel, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence.
- Assist with project management tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication between local and international teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent English and French communication skills; Japanese is a plus.
- Experience with expatriate support and international partners.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
