We are looking for an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Middle Office Operations in the financial services sector. This key role involves coordinating between the front office and clients, focusing on Japanese and international equities and fixed income products. Key Responsibilities:
- - Ensure accurate trade booking and timely confirmations, especially for domestic Japanese clients.
- - Work with front office teams and clients to improve daily operations.
- - Find ways to improve processes and work with management and tech teams to put solutions in place.
- - Quickly address and report any issues or risks to keep operations smooth.
Qualifications:
- - At least 5 years of experience in a middle office role with various financial products.
- - Must have experience in cash equities and fixed income; international equities experience is a plus.
- - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- - Ability to clearly express business needs.
- - Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
