- Create and execute marketing strategies for the Japan market. - Boost brand awareness and market share. - Plan and run major promotional campaigns. - Study market trends and consumer habits. - Lead digital marketing strategy (including social media, email, and online ads). - Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing. - FMCG / consumer goods experience. - Project / team leadership skills. - Experience working with digital marketing channels. - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
