Regional Marketing Manager – Health Ingredients (Japan & Korea)

What You Will Do: - Collaborate with APAC marketing leadership to build marketing strategies aligned with business objectives - Elevate product awareness and market differentiation in line with strategic positioning - Organize trade shows, customer events, advertising, and PR activities in Japan and Korea - Collect and analyze market insights and customer feedback - Support sales enablement with tailored marketing content and programs
What We’re Looking For: - 5–8 years’ experience leading or supporting marketing campaigns in Japan - Cross-functional collaboration experience across departments - Industry background in pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or food - Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (required) - Master’s degree (preferred)
Other: - Based in the Kanto area; hybrid work available up to 2 days/week - Reports to APAC Head of Marketing (direct) and Japan Commercial Head (dotted line)
