Strengthen service governance of mainframe operation and improve service quality

Requirements
Currently residing in Japan
Business Japanese or English
Proficient understanding of mainframe operation procedures and tasks
Basic understanding of integration middleware such as MQ, EAI, ESB, RPC etc.
Prior experience in a technical leadership position
Familiar with the purpose and composition of a service level agreement (SLA); the relationship between an SLA and a contract for the supply of services
Experience supporting interfaces between multiple application platforms (i.e. Open and mainframe)
Experience in life insurance domain (preferable)
Mainframe System Analyst
Responsibilities
Communicate with internal users and determine requirements including business process improvement
Comprehensive management of the manufacturing process using development vendors as well as determination of system requirements
Creation of acceptance test cases for deliverables from development vendors, implementation of acceptance tests
Responding to incidents
Development environment: Mainframe (IBM), Cobol
Requirements
Currently residing in Japan
3+ years of experience in development and maintenance work, preferably in an insurance company
