Luxury Hotel Restaurant Manager (Tokyo) レストランマネージャー
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager a new luxury hotel restaurant in central Tokyo.
You'll lead all aspects of the restaurant, including operational management, financial oversight, and maintenance / improvement of standards. The successful candidate will be an experienced people leader.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to ensure excellent service and culinary quality.
- Implement training programs for staff skill enhancement.
- Adhere to food and beverage policies, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage financial objectives, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase visibility and revenue.
- Participate in recruitment and selection to assemble a skilled team.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, with exposure to both casual and formal dining.
- Advanced English communication ability.
- Japanese communication ability (preferred).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop a team.
- Relevant education / degree (preferred).
