【業務内容】

• 各部門への法律相談
• 日本語及び英語での契約書の作成、審査、管理
• 外部法律サービスとの連携
• 商業登記や株主総会、取締役会の議事録など、企業統治に関連する文書の準備とレビュー

【応募要件】

• 企業法務としての実務経験3年以上
• 日本語及び英語での業務遂行能力
• 基本的な契約書のレビューを自立して行える能力
• 知的財産法及び企業統治に関する知識があれば尚可
