Our client, a leading global animal health company, is seeking a Regional IT Business Partner for North Asia & the Philippines, based in Tokyo. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage technology initiatives across Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines, providing significant regional exposure and ownership. Key Responsibilities:
- - Consult with local business leaders on technology needs
- - Manage escalations and align operations with global infrastructure
- - Execute Technology & Digital projects in Japan, South Korea, Philippines
- - Advocate for market requirements in global technology initiatives
- - Manage local compliance processes and documentation
- - Oversee ERP and CRM system implementations
- - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
- - Ensure strong adoption of technical capabilities in markets
Qualifications:
- - Fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory)
- - Experience with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems
- - University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- - Experience in project management and IT solution execution
- - Experience in a commercial environment, preferably life-sciences
- - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- - Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce solutions
- - Experience with data management and business intelligence solutions
