Lead QA Engineer-international digital agency

Role Overview: Out client-a successful tech company whose focus is in the luxury/consumer e-commerce area is seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to guide our QA team and ensure product quality. You'll collaborate with development teams, create test plans, and oversee testing processes to meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA team.
• Develop and execute test plans and cases.
• Identify and resolve defects.
• Improve QA processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on QA best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with lead experience
• Strong knowledge of QA tools and methodologies.
• Skilled in automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
• Excellent spoken/written English. Japanese not a must but a great plus.
