経理・事業管理マネージャー Finance & Business Manager

Our client are a manufacturing company, searching for a candidate to lead finance and other business operations.

This is a team leadership role. You will manage finance and tax operations, with a focus on improving efficiency.

The successful candidate should have a strong background in finance, be skilled in handling international financial transactions, and possess leadership qualities. Experience with working in a venture company is a plus.

職務内容：

• 財務及び税務チームの管理。
• 国際取引の監督と税リスク軽減戦略の実施。
• 新規プロジェクトの会計方法を決定し、財務システムに統合。
• 利益と損失、貸借対照表の精度向上の監視と改善。
• グループ本社での財務諸表の統合支援。
• 信用管理とリスク管理。

応募資格：

• 会計、税務、財務会計で最低5年の経験。
• リーダーシップ経験。
• 簿記2級相当の知識。
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEICスコア700点以上、または同等の能力）。
