IT Support Specialist, Financial Services (10M JPY, Flex / Remote work!)

Our client are a growing financial services firm, searching for a Tokyo-based IT support specialist.
You'll maintain the firm's network infrastructure, providing IT support, managing system connections with financial entities, and ensuring the continuous operation of business systems. Our client offers hybrid / flexible work, and a generous base salary of up to 10M JPY.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT services for multiple departments.
- Provide IT support to internal users.
- Maintain and oversee internal network infrastructure and server room equipment.
- Design and maintain system connections with financial exchanges and associations.
- Execute Business Continuity Planning (BCP) operations.
- Oversee documentation for system management processes.
- Manage the company's business infrastructure, including network, desktop support, and disaster recovery.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience in financial services or FinTech.
- Familiar with financial systems architecture.
- Skilled in PC/Linux system administration and network security.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow (preferred).
