IT Project Manager (DX / Digital Transformation) ー DXのITプロジェクトマネージャー

We are accepting applications for a DX IT Project Manager for a Japan-headquartered global client in the cosmetic and retail industry. This is an opportunity to lead essential system development and implementation projects for a major global player.

Responsibilities:

• Lead both international and domestic IT projects in system development and implementation.
• Develop system layout and policy plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budget management and vendor relations for IT system operations.
• Implement cost reduction and IT efficiency improvement measures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective project execution.
• Assist in the creation of project plans, proposals, and reports, and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge in new system development processes.
• Strong understanding of IT (function design, database design, programming, testing).
• Experience with SAP modules (SD/MM/PP, FI/CO, etc.).
• Background in ERP system implementation.
• Understanding of the cosmetics industry and its business processes (preferred).
• Fluency in Japanese language is mandatory.
