Our client are a global hotel, searching for an International Sales Executive to be based in a Central Tokyo location. You'll focus expanding the leisure, luxury, and MICE market segments.

This is a chance for junior candidates to gain experience working at a market leader with a prestigious brand name.

Responsibilities:

• Foster long-term customer relationships. Emphasize repeat business.
• Collaborate across multiple departments, and with external partners.
• Coordinate MICE events for major clients.
• Develop strategies that enhance customer value.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, hotels, or event management.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Business-level Japanese is mandatory.
• Independent and proactive, with a strong ability to build new relationships.
