We are looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist for a client in the hospitality industry, based in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo.

This role involves recruiting Community Associates, managing recruitment websites, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters. You'll have the chance to develop your skills in a supportive work environment with great views, including Tokyo Tower, and a culture that values work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment websites and work with recruitment agencies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Conduct interviews for Community Associate positions.
- Prepare and handle offer letters and onboarding.

Essential Qualifications

- Experience in negotiations and communication with clients and team members.
- Experience in recruitment and interviewing.
- Advanced English skills.
