Key Responsibilities:
- Implement group tour strategy for Japan and South-East Asia
- Conduct annual pricing reviews and launch new tours
- Review customer feedback to improve group tours
- Coordinate with sales management for training and promotion
- Ensure smooth administration of group tours for sales and operations
- Commission competitor analysis and market research
- Develop itineraries for group tours in Japan and South-East Asia
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee booking processes and resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Fluent/native speaker English (spoken and written)
- In-depth experience and knowledge of Japan as a tourist destination
- Previous experience in sales or operational role in travel industry
- Competent with complex data sets and spreadsheets
- Understanding of group tour operations, risk points, and mitigations
- Proficient in Japanese (is preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel data manipulation tools
