Our client are a leader in IT / software, recruiting a Human Resources Manager.

You'll lead a team, manage HR operations, lead talent acquisition, and manage employee engagement projects.

Our client offers flexible work arrangements, including up to four days per week of remote work.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead the People and Culture team.
• - Develop programs to improve employee experience, productivity, and career growth.
• - Oversee learning and development to meet employee and leadership needs.
• - Monitor and enhance employee engagement.
• - Design competitive pay and benefits to attract and keep top talent.
• - Manage HR operations, including budget planning and performance reviews.
• - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• - 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• - Strong understanding of Japanese employment laws and HR practices.
• - Team leadership ability.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
