The successful candidate will join a multi-functional department working across accounting, digital technology, and global standards.

主な業務内容：

• M&Aおよび資本市場活動に対する会計ガイダンスの提供。
• M&A後の統合の支援。
• 財務報告プロセス（BPRサービス）の改善の補助。
• 会計DXイニシアチブへの貢献。
• 複雑な財務会計分野に関するアドバイスの提供。
• IFRSおよびUSGAAP準拠の財務報告書作成の支援。
• IFRSおよびUSGAAPの導入の促進。
• J-SOXおよびUS-SOXコンプライアンスの推進。

必要な経験・能力：

• 監査法人またはコンサルティング会社での監査または会計アドバイザリーの役割での以前の経験。
• 会計、財務計画、内部統制システムに関する広範な知識。
• 関連する会計資格（CPAなど）、そして英語のコミュニケーションスキル。
• Excelのスキルとデジタルデータツールの使用経験。
• 財務決算業務の向上および会計システム導入の経験。
• 高いコミュニケーション力とチームワークのスキル。
