HRIS Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager for a top IT company in Tokyo, known for its leading HR technology solutions. This role offers the chance to work with teams in the US and Asia, driving important HRIS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage global HRIS projects, focusing on both Japan-specific and international tasks.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, defining scopes, setting milestones, and establishing timelines.
- Optimize resource use across multiple projects for better efficiency.
- Work with internal teams and business partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution.
- Identify risks early and develop effective strategies to handle them.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
- Keep accurate project documentation, including solution designs and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to global design standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing end-to-end HRIS or IT system implementation projects, preferably in a global or regional capacity
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with hands-on experience in project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business leaders
Business-level English required; Japanese language proficiency is a plus

- リスクを早期に特定し、それに対処するための効果的な戦略を開発する。
- 高い基準を満たす成果物を確保するための品質保証プロセスを監督する。
- ソリューション設計や進捗報告など、正確なプロジェクト文書を保持する。
- グローバルなデザイン基準およびベストプラクティスの遵守を確保する。

要件:

グローバルまたはリージョナルな能力でのHRISまたはITシステム実装プロジェクトのエンドツーエンド管理の実績
プロジェクト管理手法（アジャイル、ウォーターフォール、ハイブリッド）に関する強い理解と、プロジェクト計画、リソース配分、およびマイルストーントラッキングの実務経験
クロスファンクショナルチーム、ベンダー、ビジネスリーダーと効果的に連携できる優れたコミュニケーションおよびコラボレーションスキル
ビジネスレベルの英語が必要です。日本語の能力はプラスです
