Our client are a well-established logistics company, searching for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

This position is best suited for those with several years of varied HR experience, and some experience in B2B, Manufacturing, or Logistics - who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

業務内容:

• ビジネス目標に合わせた人事戦略の策定および実施。
• マネージャーへの人事に関するアドバイス、組織の良好な文化の維持。
• 上級経営陣との連携を通じた人事の方針および実践の推進。
• 従業員関係の管理、紛争の解決を含む。
• 人事判断のためのデータ解析。
• 人材獲得、業績管理、後継者計画の取り組み。

求める資格:

• 人事としての経験が5年以上、理想的には人事ビジネスパートナーとして。
• B2B、製造業、または物流の経験（希望）。
• 優れた分析力とリーダーシップ能力。
