HR Business Partner - Innovative Tech
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Tokyo. This role offers a mix of in-office and remote work, with flexible hours and international exposure. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the organization’s growth. This position allows you to shape HR strategies, gain comprehensive HR experience, and enhance your global skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve HR processes such as compensation, labor management, and HRIS to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work with different departments to manage personnel matters, including strategic placements, transfers, and change management.
- Lead and take part in international HR projects, aligning strategies with global goals.
- Regularly review and update HR systems and policies to support the organization’s objectives and boost workplace productivity.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of HR generalist experience.
- Fluent in Japanese and English for business communication.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or with multinational companies is preferred.
- Experience in foreign corporate environments is a plus.
