You will lead a team & oversee Human Resources operations for the hotel. You'll drive human capital strategies, refine performance evaluation systems, and promote talent development.

- Implement and lead HR strategic plans.
- Ensure HR activities comply with corporate strategies and specific hotel needs.
- Update and ensure adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
- Work with management to set and enforce hotel rules and regulations, overseeing related training and communication.
- Contribute to the hotel's financial goals through strategic HR management.
- Manage daily operations and the HR team.
- Oversee HR team training and development, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR management.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Strong communication, organization, and strategic planning abilities.
- Hospitality / hotel industry experience (preferred).
