Qualifications:
- - 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- - 3+ years of managerial experience preferred.
- - Recruitment experience (experience hiring software engineers is preferred).
- - Proven track record in building and enhancing HR systems.
- - Strong understanding of labor management.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
