Specialized Group is supporting a leading Biotech & Life Sciences with a crucial HR Manager
This HR Manager will be at the core of the business, working with leaders as part of the Japan Leadership Team.
The position will connect with APAC and use both Japanese & English.
Up to 11M JPY in Compensation
Responsibilities
- Handle Employee Relations, Rules of Employment and HR Policies
- Support company president and Heads of Business units as stakeholders, paring HR with business goals.
- Manage C&B and Payroll functions with external vendors
- Organize company Training & Devlopment for all staff across the firm
- Oversee Talent Management initatives, performance review and recruitment.
- Act as an ambassador for the firm and work on global HR projects with APAC
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years + of HR Generalist experience
- Strong fluent level Japanese and business level English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with stakeholders and business leaders
