• - Manage HR systems & policies
• - Lead projects to improve HR processes.
• - Manage performance reviews and pay structures.
• - Develop and execute recruitment plans for new graduates, mid-career hires, part-time, and temporary staff.
• - Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies.
• - Keep up with recruitment trends and improve hiring processes.
• - Support employees with HR-related questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

• - HR experience.
• - Experience in hotels & hospitality (preferred).
• - Experience with talent acquisition & management.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
